So finally I can post this blog!!!! Yipee!!!
Collaborating with these awesome local entrepreneurs is always a pleasure!! You see Julia from “HERE” magazine and her staff have worked so hard to create something for the NWI community to enjoy. A place to go where you can get ideas for events and local shopping that supports our community. Supporting small businesses is how we keep alive here! You are not only supporting small businesses but you are supporting dreams of friends and loved ones alike.
The magazine not only features small businesses but it features family values. Real life struggles of having a large family. Giving us real life tips on how to cope with the day to day activities.
It features Local artists for example Sweet Melissa: The girl and the brand behind the mission to create memories through food. She makes the best caramels around BTW!!! She also has workshops if you want to learn some amazing food or flower ideas.
It encourages us to shop FARM FRESH with Five Hands Farm: A 32 year old Lowell native that grows organic vegetables for us.
It features local artists such as Joe Morris: who believes your art should tell a story.
It features recipes from local bakers such as Amy Sheree: Who is a recipe developer and photographs her food in her own style.
It features photographers such as myself and many others as well as their images that they are so excited about & that they wish they could show everyone. As photographers we want to give you memories whether it be newborn sessions, family sessions, high school senior sessions or weddings!! So please choose local because we love you!!! 😉
The magazine credits the artists with each and every post. It helps us get our name out there in hopes that people will see there is so much talent all around you.
I am so thankful to be a part of this issue and to hopefully be in more in the future!!
