Joe & Stephanie’s Engagement!!

Stephanie and Joe attended a benefit for a long time friend of mine that I had donated a session to the silent auction. This friend of ours was in the process of having cochlear implant devices so he could hear again. He is one of the most deserving men I know with one heck of a family!!! What better way to donate then to give a gift of memories!! Stephanie and Joe were the lucky recipients of this gift!! So first of all thank you two for your donation!!

Stephanie and Joe are so fun and loving. When Stephanie contacted me I sent her a questionnaire and she blew my mind. She poured her heart out to say the least. Here is just a glimpse of how Joe proposed to this gem!!  

 “Their family has a tradition that they hide a pickle ornament in the christmas tree and the first to find it is the first to open presents. Since it was our daughters first christmas, we wanted her to find it. Everyone stepped back as I held her in my arms and we searched the tree. As I found the pickle and pulled it from the tree, something fell into my hand. And there I stood with our daughter in my arms, heartbroken that I had just broken their family’s pickle ornament. Turns out, it was the ring that fell off into my hands and as I turned around, he was on his knee asking me to be his wife.”

Stephanie explained to me that Joe was such a blessing to her through things she had gone through in her life. These two are silly and so fun. Their baby girl wasn’t to much in the mood for a photo session, but hey , this is real life here!!  They embraced it and followed my lead!! They now have this adorable family photo with her mad as can be ( as you will see below)  to hang at her graduation party!! Ha Ha!!

Congrats to a one of a kind couple!!! I really can not wait to just keep in touch and hopefully in the future be the one to capture your special day because I know without a doubt it will be filled with love and laughter!!!!
